A leading aerospace manufacturing company is seeking a Senior Manufacturing Engineer in Chandler, AZ, responsible for developing and improving manufacturing processes through Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma principles. This individual will automate processes, support continuous improvement initiatives, and collaborate across functions to enhance manufacturing efficiency. Candidates should possess a B.S. in Engineering and 7–10 years of relevant experience, particularly in aerospace or defense.

This role will contribute to a multi-year automation roadmap.
