The Metal Finisher / Cleaner is responsible for the full metal material prep process including surface grinding, final DA surface finishing, removal of weld berries, press‑forming dimple dies, minor weld repairs, and ensuring proper fitment of small part components. This is a great opportunity for advancement to a Welder position.

• Reliable transportation to comply with company attendance policy.

• High school Diploma or GED.
• Must be 18 or over.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a manufacturing environment is a plus.
• Finishing / Fabrication experience is a plus.

• Starting out at $18 an hourly, weekly pay cycle and full benefit package.
• First shift.
• The job is full‑time on location at our main facility located in Chandler, Arizona.
