The
District Sales Manager is responsible to grow, expand and maintain a required minimum base of revenues and number of customers within an assigned district; responsible to manage all Account Managers with the assigned district.
- Candidate can be based in San Diego, CA, Chandler, AZ or Las Vegas, NV
- Experience with Salesforce or other CRM platforms preferred.
- Willing to travel up to 75% to 6 branches in the SW Region:
- Travel expenses (hotel, food, mileage) will be covered.
- Manage and support team members by:
- Removing obstacles to success
- Holding the team accountable to goals and KPIs
- Coaching and fostering professional growth
