This individual will lead complex, cross‑functional programs that drive innovation in semiconductor thermal management solutions. In addition to exceptional program management skills, this role requires strong technical acumen in semiconductor thermals to effectively guide technical teams and challenge design directions when necessary.

• Lead and manage complex, multi‑disciplinary programs from concept through delivery, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
• Drive program execution according to defined milestones, budgets, and timelines.
• Act as the primary liaison between internal teams, external partners, and senior leadership, ensuring clear communication and stakeholder alignment.
• Facilitate decision‑making and resolve conflicts across global teams to maintain program momentum.
• Provide technical oversight and challenge design decisions related to thermal management in semiconductor applications.
• Develop and maintain program documentation, including schedules, risk assessments, and progress reports for executive updates.
• Champion best practices in program governance, resource allocation, and risk mitigation.
• Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the team.
