Residential Electrical General Manager

Cactus Valley Electrical is searching for a General Manager for Solar and Electric who would qualify to work on electrical repair, maintenance, and replacement jobs as well as manage a team of electricians and solar experts in Arizona and Michigan. We are located in Chandler, Arizona.

• Provide strategic leadership and direction for all aspects of the solar and electric company.
• Develop and implement business strategies to drive growth and profitability.
• Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness across all departments.
• Lead and manage a diverse team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders including clients, partners, and regulatory agencies.
• Stay abreast of industry trends and innovations, driving continuous improvement and innovation within the organization.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
• Manage financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.

• Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or related field; MBA preferred.
• Proven experience in a senior leadership role within the solar or renewable energy industry.
• Strong business acumen and strategic thinking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve goals and objectives.
• Deep understanding of solar and electric systems, technologies, and markets.
• Track record of driving growth and profitability in a competitive market environment.
• Experience managing complex projects and operations.
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry standards.
