As a Project Manager, you will lead the planning, execution, and delivery of IWS, UPW, and WATR projects within a high-tech semiconductor manufacturing facility. You’ll be responsible for project scope, budget, and schedule management — ensuring safe, compliant, and on-time project delivery. This role requires strong leadership, technical project management expertise, and proven experience coordinating complex industrial projects from conception through closeout.

Responsibilities:

  • Seek competitive bids from qualified contractors and vendors across multiple disciplines to achieve best-value results.
  • Issue purchase orders (POs) and track performed work, ensuring alignment with project budgets and approved scopes.
  • Manage project risks, issues, and changes while serving as the primary point of contact for all trade partners.
  • Collaborate closely with mechanical, I&C, electrical, and LSS subcontractors and internal stakeholders to achieve project milestones and objectives.
  • Develop and manage project budgets, schedules, and timelines; monitor progress and implement corrective actions as necessary.
  • Oversee procurement, installation, and commissioning
  • Ensure compliance with semiconductor facility specifications, environmental regulations, and applicable industry standards (e.g., SEMI, OSHA, EPA).
  • Identify and mitigate technical and operational challenges to maintain project performance and momentum.
  • Provide regular updates to key stakeholders and clients, including financial and schedule performance reports.
  • Promote a culture of safety, sustainability, and continuous improvement throughout project execution.
  • Mentor and support project team members, fostering professional development and technical excellence.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in construction sequencing and commissioning to meet aggressive project timelines.
  • Maintain strong relationships with trade partners to ensure alignment on project scope, quality, and delivery expectations.
  • Utilize construction management and scheduling software to track, manage, and report project progress.
  • Serve as the primary field representative for all construction and project coordination activities on site.
Skills Required:
  • Minimum 5 years of Project Management experience, preferably within the semiconductor or high-tech construction industry.
  • Strong understanding of project planning, budgeting, risk management, and stakeholder communication.
  • Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and manage multiple projects concurrently.
  • Experience with construction management tools and project scheduling platforms.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver projects safely, on time, and within budget.

  • Medical and Dental Insurance
  • Life, Short-Term, Long-Term Disability Insurance
  • Training and Education Assistance
  • 401k Retirement Plan
  • Extra Annual Leave with Years of Service
