Senior role in Operations & Maintenance. The specialist identifies and corrects safety‑related issues, performs equipment evaluations, and conducts routine maintenance.

• Conduct fire system testing and inspections.
• Respond to work orders, troubleshoot, and provide preventive maintenance on facility systems in large industrial environments, including clean rooms.
• Perform NFPA 20 and 25 requirements.
• Maintain regulatory records.
• Follow safety guidelines such as job hazard analysis, lockout/tagout, and wear required PPE.
• Enforce company safety policies and regulations.
• Provide service and feedback to customers on all work orders while ensuring compliance with codes, regulations, and industry standards.
• Recommend measures to improve maintenance methods and equipment performance.
• Analyze and resolve work problems or assist workers in problem solving.
• Maintain a strict schedule while demonstrating flexibility for day‑to‑day activities and scheduling.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Manager or Supervisor.

• Qualified applicants must pass a pre‑employment background check and substance abuse test.
• A valid Driver’s License may be required.
• This position does not include sponsorship for U.S. work authorization.
• Eligibility to obtain a security access badge at the client’s location is required.
• Various shifts, weekends, and alternative work schedules may be required.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be a U.S. Citizen or Permanent Legal Resident.
• At least 2 years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to work in aerial or scissor lifts up to 30 feet or higher.
• Pre‑employment background check and drug test required for all hires.
• Capability to obtain a security access badge at the client’s location.

• Repetitive wrist movement and ability to walk extensively throughout facilities.
• Climbing extension ladders, roof ladders, step ladders, and stairs as needed.
• Flexibility to bend, stoop, squat, kneel, reach, stretch, and move in a 90‑degree fashion.
• Ability to differentiate linked wire colors.
• Ability to read and understand information from documents and computer screens.
• Effective communication with others on the telephone and in meetings.
• Fluency in Microsoft product line.
• Professional and friendly client interaction under stress.

• Wear steel‑toe safety shoes, safety glasses, gloves, hard hats, and other PPE as needed.
• Manage job‑related stressors to maintain performance.
• Willingness to work overtime when required.
• Possibility of working holidays and weekends.
