A company is looking for a Corporate Paralegal.
Key Responsibilities- Draft, review, and manage various contracts throughout their lifecycle
- Maintain corporate records and assist with compliance initiatives and regulatory filings
- Provide general legal support, including due diligence and managing internal legal resources
- Bachelor's degree required; paralegal certificate preferred
- 5 to 10 years of contracts and / or corporate experience, preferably in biotech or pharma
- Experience with various types of agreements, including confidentiality and clinical trial agreements
- Strong understanding of corporate governance principles and global regulations
- Proficiency in MS Office applications and Share Point
