- J.D. from an accredited law school with active U.S. state bar membership
- 4-7 years of experience in commercial or technology transactions
- Solid understanding of blockchain technology and Web3 regulatory frameworks
- Demonstrated ability to negotiate and close complex commercial agreements
- Strong business judgment with a pragmatic approach to legal risk and operational efficiency
