Clinical Applications Support Specialist

1st Pet Veterinary Centers is seeking a Clinical Applications Support Specialist to support the technology our hospital teams rely on every day to care for pets and their families.

1st Pet Veterinary Centers is an employee-owned (ESOP) Emergency, Specialty, and Primary Care practice with multiple locations across Arizona. Our mission is to offer the ultimate pet care experience by providing honest, compassionate, and unparalleled care for pets, their people, and our employees.

Behind every great veterinary hospital is a team working together to ensure everything runs smoothly. In this role, you will help ensure our clinical teams have the tools and support they need to provide exceptional patient care.

You will support several core systems used across our hospitals, helping teams troubleshoot issues, improve workflows, and feel confident using the technology that supports patient care.

This position focuses on clinical application support, workflow guidance, training, and structured helpdesk intake for systems that directly impact hospital operations.

This is not an IT infrastructure role and does not include responsibility for networking, hardware, or general desktop support.

About This Role

As a Clinical Applications Support Specialist at 1st Pet Veterinary Centers, you will help ensure the systems our teams rely on — including Provet, Smart Flow, Pets App, and Vocera — are working effectively across our hospitals.

You will serve as the primary point of contact for application-related questions and support requests, helping hospital teams troubleshoot issues, improve workflows, and build confidence using our clinical platforms.

You will work closely with hospital teams, leadership, and vendors to ensure our systems remain reliable, consistent, and aligned with how our hospitals deliver care.

Your work helps ensure our veterinary teams can focus on what matters most — providing exceptional care for pets and their families.
