This position will sit within Core Technology Infrastructure, aligned to the Infrastructure Automation Services organization. The team provides platforms, standards, governance, and training to support automation across all infrastructure resources at the bank. Work focuses heavily on risk management, process improvement, automation oversight, and ensuring global standards adherence.

No hands-on coding is required, but candidates must understand code sufficiently to evaluate design quality, identify potential risks in scripts or tooling, and recommend improvements. This role will support automation, risk reduction, operational rigor, and compliance across infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide SPI oversight to ensure enterprise process requirements and performance goals are met. Identify anomalies within the month and drive remediation.
  • Support and monitor End-of-Life policy adherence. Review remediation plans with product managers and drive timely updates or escalations.
  • Drive vulnerability remediation efforts to ensure issues are resolved within SLA or have justified ERP approvals.
  • Coordinate across infrastructure teams to support remediation activities, risk mitigation, and operational controls.
  • Contribute to automation efforts focused on provisioning and hybrid cloud modernization, with consideration for latency and scale.
Required Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in risk mitigation across complex IT infrastructure environments.
  • Experience facilitating remediation efforts across technology infrastructure groups.
  • Strong understanding of risk management practices within large enterprises.
  • Exposure to .NET Framework 4+ or .NET Core (awareness-level is acceptable).
  • Familiarity with modern frameworks (front-end or back-end) such as React.
  • Understanding of user experience optimization principles.
  • Experience implementing testing approaches, unit testing, UAT, and regression testing.
