Business Technology; IT Student

Responsibilities

• Support workstation imaging, repairs, and Windows updates as part of BT operations.
• Assist with user account setup, disabling accounts, and general user administration.
• Maintain and update inventory of hardware and software assets.
• Work through incidents and service requests to support district technology needs.
• Contribute to BT customer relationships, security, privacy, and data protection initiatives.

• Currently enrolled in a degree program related to Information Technology, Business Technology, or Computer Science.
• Strong ability to work collaboratively across the organization with effective communication skills.
• Basic understanding of technology infrastructure, security, privacy, and IT solutions.
• Ability to troubleshoot basic technical issues and support end users.
• Organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
