- Ability to travel internationally up to 50% of the time
- Experience in SaaS pre‑sales and software implementation
- Background in physical security event management for large‑scale venues
- Proven ability to lead business process discovery conversations bridging technical features and business outcomes
- Familiarity with low‑code platform configurations
