We are seeking a Senior Infrastructure Engineer to join our team. This role involves designing, building, enhancing, and integrating the technology infrastructure required to support various platforms and business portfolios. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in infrastructure engineering, middleware technologies, and application production support.

• Outline and implement product upgrades.
• Analyze business application and technical infrastructure requirements.
• Design, code, test, debug, and document programs using Agile development practices.
• Lead or participate in high-level technical concepts spanning technology and business.
• Develop specifications for complex infrastructure systems and test solutions.
• Generate documentation, operational policies, and procedures.
• Employ monitoring tools such as Grafana for business application and operations teams.
• Contribute to the testing of business application and technical infrastructure requirements.
• Direct daily risk and control flow of compliance focusing on policies and procedures.
• Provision builds, configurations, and prepare runtime infrastructure for middleware products.
• Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues, and managers to resolve issues and achieve goals.
• Assist teams with enterprise incidents focusing on application and web stability through an on‑call rotation.

• 4+ years of Technology Infrastructure Engineering and Solutions experience.
• 3+ years of basic knowledge of middleware technologies such as Apache HTTPD and Apache Tomcat.
• 2+ years of experience in application production support on Linux and Windows platforms.
• Strong technical troubleshooting skills.
• Working knowledge of application monitoring tools like Splunk, App Dynamics, Grafana, and Prometheus.
• Experience in root cause analysis of problem issues.
• Knowledge of Ansible and Python scripting.
• Basic web server administration and application server troubleshooting (Java and .Net).

• Technical documentation experience.
• Experience supporting an enterprise-level environment.
• Understanding of compliance and risk management requirements for supported systems.
• Experience with Web Sphere, Web Sphere Liberty, and Web Logic.
• Knowledge of infrastructure technologies like Linux, Windows, middleware, and databases.
• Experience with Ansible and UDeploy.
• Understanding of networking topology and load balancers such as F5.
• Ability to handle outage calls efficiently and troubleshoot issues.
