Governance Business Analyst - Hybrid

Eligibility

• Must be eligible to work on a TEKsystems W-2 and must be willing to go onsite 2-3 days a week.

This role will be aligned to Enterprise Payments Technology within Consumer, Business & Wealth Technology (CBWT), helping to support the Governance routines for Payment-tagged applications. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Ensuring all Payments applications are in full compliance with all compliance deliverables in-line with the Enhanced Control Framework for Payment applications (inclusive of managing end-to-end controls)
• Assisting with creation of at least annual review process of all RPSWT applications for applicability to Payments-tagged applications
• Working in partnership with Technology teams on control gap solutions and ensuring proper evidence / artifacts are gathered and stored for Audit
• Working to resolve action plans for active audit issues related to RPSWT Payments Governance, if applicable
• Presenting at various Risk forums to provide updates on risk / audit issue statuses

Application Security Assessment

• Experience with Audit, Issue Management and / or Application Governance
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent certification
• Strong communication and meeting / workgroup facilitation skills, willing to present on large Risk forums
• Highly organized and self-motivated, willingness to dig in to drive results
• Independent learner who enjoys taking on new challenges and challenging the status quo to improve processes / controls
• Ability to participate in cross-functional teams and ability to work effectively in a geographically dispersed team
• Excellent Excel proficiency, ability to leverage data analysis to drive results
• Experience with reporting on Key Risk Indicators

• Information Technology degree or related work experience
• Experience in Payments space
• Business analysis, Requirements gathering, governance, IT Risk, Agile, Project management

• App Governance and heavily involved in audits. Resource will get a handful of apps (5-7) and work closely with Application Manager to determine what deliverables are coming up, etc.
• Experience Level: Intermediate Level
