Sre Engineer

Must be able to work on TEKsystems W2, NO C2C

• Serve as a true Cloud Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) with a focus on automation and observability
• Provide L3 support and SRE services for a wide range of products within the client’s cloud environment
• Handle incidents escalated from L1 & L2 teams
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues
• Determine if the problem is application/customer-related or platform-related
• Escalate platform issues to the engineering team

• This team is tasked with L3 support and SRE for a wide variety of products within the clients overall cloud environment and their day to day consists of handling incidents that will be raised from the L1 & 2 teams and either fixing them, or can analyze and see if it is an application/ customer problem or if it is a problem with the specific platform that they would then pass to the engineering team to fix.
• Experience managing Terraform and Open Shift platforms
• Financial Services (preferred) or large enterprise experience
• Strong background in automation and observability

Not just as an end user—must have experience managing these platforms

• Passion for learning and adaptability
• Comfortable working across multiple platforms (AWS and GCP)
• Growth Mindset (e.g., willing to say, “I don’t know this technology—can you pair me with someone so I can learn?”)

This is a Contract position based out of Chandler, AZ.

The pay range for this position is $68.00 - $70.00/hr.
