We are seeking a Senior Informatica Developer to own the full lifecycle of ETL processes and data integration solutions. This role will collaborate closely with business, development, and testing teams to ensure accurate, reliable data reporting while maintaining high system availability. The ideal candidate brings deep technical expertise in Informatica, data warehousing, and SQL, along with the ability to mentor junior developers and contribute to scalable, high-performing data solutions.
Key Responsibilities- Design, develop, maintain, and optimize ETL workflows using Informatica (IDMC / Informatica Cloud)
- Manage the complete ETL and data integration lifecycle, including development, testing, deployment, and support
- Ensure 24/7 system availability, investigate production issues, and perform root cause analysis
- Develop, maintain, and test all Informatica workflows; conduct testing and resolve defects efficiently
- Collaborate with business analysts, architects, and stakeholders to deliver solutions aligned with business requirements
- Design and implement data warehouse and dimensional data models that are secure, scalable, and high-performing
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior developers
- Research and recommend improvements to data processes, tools, and architectures
- Work within Agile SDLC methodologies using Azure Dev Ops
- ETL architecture, data integration, and data management best practices
- Data modeling and data warehouse design concepts
- Data warehousing concepts and BI architecture
- Strong SQL skills with experience designing and querying dimensional models
- REST APIs and integration concepts
- Experience with Salesforce and SQL connectors
- Database conversion and migration experience
- Multiple scripting languages (e.g., Python, Shell)
Skills & Qualifications
- Expertise in ETL and database architecture and design
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proven experience designing robust, secure data warehouse solutions
- Hands-on experience across all phases of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
- Experience working in Agile environments
- Strong communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- High attention to detail and commitment to data quality
