VB Cosmetics is a leading innovator in the beauty manufacturing industry, known for its science-driven approach to nail and skincare products. As we continue to expand our direct-to-consumer (DTC) and PRO (B2B) channels including Amazon Marketplace and Shopify, we are seeking a Junior Business Analyst to help bridge the gap between business and technology. This role will focus on supporting data integrity, process improvement, and reporting across Salesforce, Power BI, and SYSPRO (ERP).

The ideal candidate is highly analytical, detail-oriented, and eager to learn how data and systems drive business performance.

• Support day-to-day Salesforce operations for Sales, Education and Customer Success teams.
• Build and maintain reports, dashboards, validation rules, and workflows.
• Work with business users to identify and document requirements for Salesforce enhancements.
• Ensure data accuracy and alignment between Salesforce and SYSPRO.
• Collaborate with internal and external teams to manage integration setup with Salesforce, SYSPRO, and e-commerce platforms.

• Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards to track KPIs for sales, inventory, and production.
• Consolidate data from Salesforce, SYSPRO, Amazon, and Shopify into centralized reports.
• Use DAX and Power Query to transform and model complex data sets.
• Provide actionable insights to management and department heads to support business decisions.

• Analyze and document existing business processes related to sales order flow, fulfillment, and inventory synchronization.
• Identify opportunities to streamline workflows between SYSPRO
  , Salesforce
  , and e-comm platforms (Amazon, Shopify).
• Support automation initiatives that reduce manual processes and improve data validity.
• Support in testing and validating system updates or new integrations.

• Work cross functional across all teams within the organization to ensure systems meet business needs.
• Support leadership with data-driven insights for forecasting, customer segmentation, and product performance.
• Translate technical details into clear, actionable reports and recommendations for non-technical stakeholders.

Required:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or related field.
• 2-3 years of experience in business analysis, data analytics, or related role.
• Hands-on experience with  (Sales, Service Clouds and Mule Soft preferred).
• Proficiency with Power BI — including data modeling, report building, and DAX.
• Strong Excel and analytical skills with a focus on data integrity.
• Understanding business processes in sales, order management, or inventory.

Preferred:

• Experience with SYSPRO ERP or other ERP systems.
• Familiarity with Shopify and Amazon Seller Central or Vendor Central.
• Salesforce Administrator certification (ADM-201).
• Experience integrating systems or working with API-based data connections.
• Exposure to SQL or similar data query tools.

• Strong problem-solving and analytical mindset.

• Attention to detail and ability to work independently or in cross-functional teams.
• Eagerness to learn and grow within a fast-paced, data-driven environment.
