Job Title: Technical Support Role

Location: Chandler AZ Work Arrangement: Hybrid

Client Industry: Banking Duration: 12–18 Months

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8 AM 5 PM EST

Required Skills:

Experience in IT support or customer service
.

• Strong troubleshooting skills for Windows OS, MS Office, Office 365, VPN, Citrix, and networking issues.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize workload efficiently.

• Excellent communication and client service skills
  .

• Experience with
  ITSM Remedy (preferred but not essential).

• Ability to work in a fast‑paced 24×7 environment
  .

Compensation

Hourly Rate: $19 – $20 per hour

This range reflects base compensation and may vary based on location, market conditions, experience, and candidate qualifications.
