BILINGUAL HR Generalist

We are seeking a Bilingual HR Generalist (English/Spanish) to support day-to-day human resources operations in a fast-paced, onsite environment. This role will partner closely with leadership and employees, providing comprehensive HR support across multiple functions while ensuring compliance with employment laws and best practices.

• Serve as a primary point of contact for employee relations, HR policies, and procedures
• Support all core HR functions, including compensation, benefits, talent acquisition, and employee lifecycle activities
• Ensure compliance with federal and state labor laws, including EEO, FMLA, and LOA
• Track, analyze, and report on HR metrics to support leadership decision-making
• Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation
• Prepare and review complex written communications, reports, and correspondence
• Collaborate cross-functionally to improve HR processes and initiatives
• Manage multiple priorities while meeting short deadlines in a fast-paced environment

• Bilingual in English and Spanish (required)
• 3–5 years of HR Generalist experience
• Strong working knowledge of HR best practices and employment laws
• High level of experience working with HR metrics
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
• Highly proficient in Microsoft Office

• Ability to produce complex written materials
• Dependable attendance and reliability
• Willingness to learn new tasks and adapt to evolving processes
• Experience with UKG/ Kronos preferred
• Location: East Valley, AZ
• Schedule: 100% Onsite
• Compensation: Up to $85,000 base (DOE)
