Human Resources Specialist – Full-Time, On-Site | Chandler, AZ

We’re expanding our HR and operational oversight capacity to support our headquarters in Chandler, AZ, and our operations in Orlando, FL.
We’re seeking a Human Resources Specialist who will not only manage HR functions but also serve as our operational “check and balance” — ensuring processes are followed, goals are met, and continuous improvement is part of our culture.
What You’ll Do
- Manage full-cycle recruiting: job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and onboarding
- Maintain accurate HRIS and employee records
- Support positive employee relations and workplace culture
- Oversee performance review processes and professional development plans
- Ensure department compliance with established SOPs and performance expectations
- Create, document, and update SOPs across all departments
- Track and analyze KPIs, identifying trends, gaps, and opportunities
- Partner with department leads to streamline and improve processes
- Ensure compliance with Arizona and Florida employment laws
- Coordinate HR training, workshops, and team engagement initiatives
- Partner with Finance on payroll processing
What We’re Looking For
- 2+ years HR experience (or 5+ years if no degree)
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field preferred
- Multi-state HR experience strongly preferred
- Strong knowledge of federal, Arizona, and Florida employment law
- Proficiency with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office
- Proven ability to manage operational processes, enforce SOPs, and track KPIs
- Skilled at auditing workflows and driving improvements
- Must work on-site daily in Chandler, AZ
- Ability to pass a background check is required
