Talent Manager, HR Manager
Job Summary
The People Success Leader is a strategic partner and trusted advisor to both employees and leadership. They play a key role in shaping a high-performing, people-first culture by driving talent strategies, fostering employee engagement, and supporting organizational development initiatives. They will also serve as a culture champion, helping to cultivate an inclusive, collaborative, and values-driven workplace where people feel empowered to do their best work.
This position is hybrid/remote with the requirement to be onsite at our Chandler, Arizona location 3 days per week.
- Build Relationships: Develop strong, trust-based partnerships with employees and leaders across the business unit
- Champion Culture: Act as a steward of Wedgewood Pharmacy’s values and culture, modeling behaviors that promote inclusion, collaboration, and continuous improvement
- Strategic People Planning: Align People Success strategies with business goals to support growth, performance, and engagement
- Policy & Guidance: Provide expert advice on HR policies, practices, and compliance with state regulations
- Coaching & Development: Support managers and employees through coaching, feedback, and performance development
- Leadership Support: Guide and support leaders in developing their teams, reinforcing accountability standards, making informed decisions, and navigating organizational change. Provide resources and frameworks that empower leaders to drive engagement and achieve business objectives.
- Employee Engagement: Analyze trends and data to enhance employee satisfaction, retention, and workplace culture
- Employee Relations: Lead investigations and resolve issues with professionalism, empathy, and efficiency
- Organizational Design: Contribute to the development of organizational structures and role clarity
- Data-Driven Insights: Use HR metrics to inform decisions and recommend improvements to programs and policies
Skills and Abilities
- Proven ability to solve problems and deliver people-focused solutions in a fast-paced, matrixed environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a passion for helping others succeed
- Confidence to offer honest feedback and influence change at all levels of the organization
- Experience translating enterprise-wide initiatives into local, actionable plans
- Collaborative mindset with a natural ability to connect people and ideas
- A deep commitment to fostering a positive, inclusive, and high-trust culture
- Tech-savvy and comfortable using HRIS systems (UKG experience a plus)
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Minimum 3 years of HR or related experience, preferably in Arizona

- Our target compensation range for this position is $90,000 - $110,000 and will be commensurate with the finalist's experience and qualifications.
