We are seeking a highly experienced Interim HRIS Manager to provide backfill coverage while our current HRIS Leader is dedicated full-time to a global HCM implementation. This is a senior, hands-on role requiring minimal ramp-up and immediate ownership of our current-state Success Factors environment.

The ideal consultant is a steady, autonomous operator—someone who can confidently manage day-to-day HRIS operations, stabilize the ecosystem, and act as the senior technical point of escalation while safeguarding future-state HCM strategy..

What You Will Work On

  • Assume day-one ownership of the Success Factors ecosystem, including understanding of configuration, maintenance, and issue resolution
  • Manage and monitor third-party integrations in partnership with IT and external vendors
  • Ensure data integrity and operational continuity during the HCM implementation period
  • Serve as the primary technical escalation point for the HRIS team
  • Lead complex troubleshooting and collaborative problem-solving efforts
  • Provide technical stability and guidance to HRIS analysts and administrators
  • Act as a strategic gatekeeper for inbound system requests across the business
  • Evaluate business intent and downstream impact before approving changes
  • Ensure current-state changes align with long-term HCM and 2026 roadmap objectives
  • Own global HRIS permissions and data privacy governance
  • Partner with Legal, Security, and EMEA stakeholders to maintain compliance
  • Collaborate across HR, IT, Finance, and global teams
What You Will Bring
  • Extensive hands-on Success Factors configuration and support experience, must have
  • Experience supporting GDPR and international data privacy requirements, preferred
  • Proven experience managing HRIS integrations in a global environment
  • Deep expertise in Role-Based Permissions (RBP)
  • Ability to operate independently in a backfill or transition role
  • Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills
What You Can Expect

  • Compensation commensurate with employee qualifications, experience, and other factors including geographic location, market, and operational factors.
  • Pay Range: $80/hr - $100/hr
