Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced and proactive HR Recruiter to manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle across multiple functions. This role is responsible for sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and closing positions while ensuring a positive candidate experience and timely hiring outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from manpower planning to offer rollout and onboarding

Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and hiring timelines

Source candidates through job portals, Linked In, referrals, and internal databases

Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews

Coordinate and schedule interviews with internal stakeholders

Negotiate compensation and close candidates within defined budgets

Maintain recruitment trackers, reports, and candidate documentation

Ensure smooth onboarding and joining formalities

Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline

Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field

2–5 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment

Strong sourcing, screening, and stakeholder management skills

Excellent communication and negotiation abilities

Ability to manage multiple positions simultaneously

Proficiency in MS Excel, job portals, and ATS tools

Prior experience in healthcare, pharma, or manufacturing is a plus
