The Marriott Phoenix Chandler Hotel is seeking a passionate hospitality professional to join our team as an On-Call Banquet Server. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a strong commitment to service, a thorough understanding of the guest experience, and an exceptional Beyond Compare service attitude. This role is responsible for providing food and beverage service in a friendly, courteous, and professional manner that reflects our hotel’s high standards of quality.

Minimum of 1 year of hospitality experience required. Previous Banquet or Food & Beverage experience strongly preferred.

• Set up banquet rooms as directed by the Banquets Manager, including linens, service ware, and glassware.
• Attend pre-event roll call meetings to review event details, guest expectations, and hotel standards.
• Greet guests warmly, respond to requests promptly, and ensure seamless food and beverage service.
• Serve food and beverages in the order and style directed by the Banquets Manager, maintaining consistency throughout the event.
• Clear dishes promptly as courses are completed and reset as needed.
• Replenish beverages and check in with guests to ensure satisfaction.
