Do you have a heart for helping others and experience in senior care? We’re looking for a Lead Caregiver to join our caring and supportive team in Chandler and surrounding areas.

• Provide hands-on care and support to seniors
• Lead and support a team of caregivers
• Help with training, scheduling, and team coordination
• Communicate with families and healthcare providers
• Keep clear and accurate care records
• Create a positive and respectful work environment

• 2+ years experience in caregiving or a related field
• CNA or HHA certification preferred
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• A compassionate, patient, and reliable nature
• Pass a background check
• Valid driver’s license, car insurance, and reliable transportation
• Basic admin/computer skill
