Dignity Health East Valley Rehabilitation Hospital - Chandler is operated jointly with Lifepoint Health and Dignity Health. Our rehabilitation programs provide ongoing care and specialized treatment to patients throughout their recovery journey, offering individualized care for conditions such as stroke, brain injury, neurological disorders, trauma, spinal cord injury, amputation, and orthopedic injury.

Job Type: Full‑time, Exempt.

The Occupational Therapist provides comprehensive occupational therapy services to help patients develop, recover, and maintain essential daily living and occupational skills. Working under the direction of the Director of Rehabilitation Services, you will assess patient needs, develop and implement individualized treatment plans, educate patients and caregivers, monitor progress, adjust care plans as necessary, and supervise certified occupational therapy assistants and therapy technicians in compliance with licensing laws and professional standards.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Occupational Therapy.
• State licensure for Occupational Therapy.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification within 30 days of hire.
• IRF experience preferred.
• Ability to work in a stressful environment and take appropriate action.
