Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented Risk & Controls Analyst to support operational risk management, control execution, and control monitoring activities. This role will help ensure processes operate within defined risk and compliance standards while partnering with cross-functional teams to support operational control effectiveness. The ideal candidate will have experience supporting risk and control processes, strong communication skills, and excellent time management.
Key Responsibilities- Support execution and monitoring of operational risk and control activities.
- Assist with control testing, validation, and documentation.
- Support control operations and help track remediation activities when needed.
- Assist in maintaining documentation related to controls, procedures, and operational standards.
- Partner with internal teams to ensure risk and compliance requirements are understood and followed.
- Support reporting and analysis of risk and control metrics.
- Participate in process reviews and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Communicate control results, risks, and findings to stakeholders as needed.
- Experience supporting risk management and control processes
- Experience supporting control execution and operational control activities
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking
- Experience working in operational risk, compliance, or controls environments
- Exposure to data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau
- Experience supporting reporting and data analysis activities
- Risk Management / Risk & Controls 1-2 Years
- Operational Risk and Controls 1-2 Years
- Control Execution / Control Operations 1-2 Years
- Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) 1-2 Years
- Power BI or Tableau Basic / Exposure
