What You'll Do

As a Processing Specialist you'll be responsible for tracking work requests, data entry and process completion related to client and internal customer requests. Responsibilities also include the organization and communication of internal tasks requiring client facing teams’ engagement. You'll provide support to Relationship Bankers and peers to guarantee clients service remains at the forefront throughout the growth of deposits and services.

One of your key responsibilities will be to process a high volume of work with an elevated degree of accuracy to ensure a superior client experience while safeguarding compliance to policy and procedure.

  • Responsible for supporting the Operations Manager in processing transactions related to client requests which may include, physical mail, high-dollar remote deposit review(RDC), VOD letters, proof-of-authorization, review exception and payment in-boxes, homeowner payment set-up, and address change requests.
  • Maintain general understanding of all bank products, services, policies, and procedures. Collaborate in a team structure and assist other members of the team to balance workload.
  • Utilize systems and tracking tools to remain organized, ensure completion of all requests, and deliver exceptional customer experiences. Strong task management and professionalism is essential.
  • Actively participate in bank training and demonstrate retention of learned knowledge.
  • Participate in team projects, as assigned.

What You'll Need

  • 1+ years of related experience in Branch Banking Operations or similar field.
  • High school diploma required.
  • Entry level knowledge of general banking operations, including deposit operations, loan administration, treasury management and/or other commercial banking products and services.
  • Entry level knowledge of applicable regulatory and legal compliance obligations, rules and regulations, industry standards and practices.
  • Knowledge of National Automated Clearing House Associate (NACHA) rules and Automated Clearing House (ACH) process preferred.
  • Entry level speaking and writing communications skills.
