Barrett Financial Group, L.L.C. is hiring experienced mortgage loan processors to join our mortgage brokerage at our headquarters in Chandler, AZ. This is a full-time, in-office position.
Responsibilities- Gather information needed from applicants to file for the loan approval
- Gather and input information from applicants
- Verify applications, income, and employment
- Order property documents such as appraisals and signed contracts
- Constantly communicate with loan officers, management, and underwriters
- Manage a pipeline of 20+ files
- Utilize multiple lender sites and systems to process the loans
- Ensure that loan rules, obligations, and deadlines are met
- A clear understanding of Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac
- Knowledge of mortgage products
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to learn computer programs quickly
- 2 years of mortgage broker processing experience
