Barrett Financial Group is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Post-Closing Specialist to join our Operations team in Chandler, AZ. The Post-Closing Specialist is responsible for auditing closed loan files, ensuring all documentation is complete and compliant, and delivering finalized loan packages to investors or lenders. This role is critical in maintaining data integrity, ensuring compliance, and supporting the overall efficiency of the mortgage process.

• Strong understanding of mortgage documentation, compliance, and investor delivery requirements.
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple files in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and follow-up skills.
• Experience with ARIVE LOS or similar loan origination software preferred.

Minimum 2 years of experience in mortgage post-closing, shipping, or related operational role.

• Review and audit closed loan packages for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with company and investor requirements.
• Verify all final documents, including executed Closing Disclosures, Notes, Deeds of Trust, and collateral documentation.
• Identify and resolve post-closing deficiencies by communicating with settlement agents, loan officers, processors, and funders.
• Prepare and deliver complete loan files to investors or lenders in accordance with delivery timelines and guidelines.
• Track receipt of trailing documents original note and collateral packages
• Ensure all final documents are uploaded and properly indexed in the Loan Origination System (LOS).
• Reconcile funding and closing data for audit and reporting accuracy.
• Maintain accurate post-closing logs and tracking systems.
• Collaborate with the Funding and Compliance teams to resolve any post-closing issues promptly.
• Support audits, investor reviews, and quality control processes as needed.
