The role of the Sr. Financial Analyst is to primarily support the Finance Director, the General Manager, and partner with business leaders. This position leads and analyzes all aspects of financial support for programs of varying types, size, complexity, and level of risk. The candidate will cooperate with internal functions including Accounting and Finance, Program Management, Contracts, Pricing, Engineering, Operations, and Supply Chain.
Job Responsibilities- Effective leadership of the program finance review processes, including conducting reviews, formulating financial positions, making recommendations to leadership, and coaching program finance analysts.
- Investigate and analyze monthly program variances versus forecast, plan, prior period, and prior year as needed.
- Assist in the consolidation and communication of the operating company’s financial performance, including performance to plan and targets to various levels of the organization.
- Proactively perform ad‑hoc analyses for strategic and operational initiatives, including sensitivity analyses for varying scenarios.
- Demonstrate bias for action by leveraging business acumen and financial data to identify risks and opportunities early and influence improved performance through data‑driven analysis.
- Work with functional leaders and finance teams to develop monthly forecasts and the annual budget.
- Partner with business leaders on strategic planning and key initiatives, including identification and execution of risk mitigation and realization of opportunities.
- Maintain a continuous learning mindset by applying the RBS (Ralliant Business System) to drive improvements.
- Ensure compliance with internal procedures and FAR / CAS government regulations, SOX, and GAAP.
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, economics, or a similar field.
- Demonstrated problem‑solving skills.
- Strong Excel, financial modeling, and data analytics skills.
- 5+ years of related experience.
- MBA with finance concentration.
- Greater than 5 years of FP&A or financial analysis experience.
- Experience with supply chain and cash flow management.
- Government accounting knowledge.
- Knowledge of DFAR is a plus.
- Apply critical thinking to analyze programs, understand root causes, and utilize continuous improvement tools to mitigate risks.
- Act as a change agent, embracing technology solutions for efficiency and accuracy.
- Build partnerships with business functions, providing timely information through effective communication and fostering trust.
- Conduct comprehensive analysis for program life cycles and bring strategic insights into program cost analysis.
- Proactively identify and implement effective countermeasures, monitor programs for risks and opportunities, and ensure compliance.
- Actively seek feedback, anticipate customer and business needs, and adapt financial plans to meet dynamic market demands.

Compensation& Benefits
Bonus or Equity:
Eligible for a bonus as part of the total compensation package.
Pay Range: $89,200.00 – $ (local currency).
