Mechanical Engineer
Are you a freshman or sophomore enrolled in a local engineering program that would like hands‑on experience in a local engineering firm? If so, the Mechanical Engineering Intern position may be the perfect fit for you!
Aero Spec, Inc. is looking for a motivated student to assist our Mechanical Engineering team. The ideal candidate would be someone that would be able to work year‑round (at least 20 hours a week during the school year and 40 hours during the school breaks). In addition to hands‑on training and real‑life engineering experiences, the Intern would receive company benefits such as paid sick time and a 401(k) with company match.
EssentialFunctions
- Assist the Mechanical Engineering team with design of custom automated equipment using Solid Works.
- Assist the Engineering and Operations teams with managing part lists and Bill of Materials (BOMs).
- Various other Engineering tasks.
- Demonstrated organizational skills.
