We are seeking a talented and innovative Electrical Engineer to join our our client's dynamic team. • Analyze, design, and test complex electrical systems to meet project objectives.
• Review internal, external, industry, and customer requirements to ensure robust system and subsystem designs.
• Lead the planning and execution of test programs to validate designs.
• Diagnose issues and perform detailed failure investigations.
• Mentor team members and provide constructive peer reviews.
• Collaborate across integrated product teams, engineering disciplines, and manufacturing operations.
• Develop and present technical materials for design and requirements reviews.
• Conduct qualification, acceptance, and characterization testing, including thorough data analysis.
• Identify performance trends and investigate out-of-tolerance conditions.
• Test components to understand off-nominal behaviors.
• Contribute positively to team decisions and shared goals.
• Deliver exceptional service to internal and external customers.
• Continuously seek and share new information to meet evolving customer needs.
• Assess risks and uncertainties in requirements and designs.
• Participate in trade studies for internal projects and procured equipment.
• Maintain a strong focus on safety in all activities.
• Provide formal peer reviews of designs and analyses.

• Broad understanding and application of industry and company electrical engineering technical standards.
• Technical expertise and working knowledge of related disciplines.
• Proficiency in electrical engineering, Python, MATLAB, and missile systems.

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering with 2 years of experience, or a Master’s degree with no experience.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a US Department of Defense Secret Security clearance.

This is a Contract position based out of Chandler, AZ.

The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $40.00/hr eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment. This is a fully onsite position in Chandler, AZ.
