Key Responsibilities Implement a strategic asset management plan and integrate existing systems for reliability improvements Conduct root cause failure analysis and develop action plans to enhance equipment reliability Perform audits and assessments to ensure compliance with safety and operational standards
Required Qualifications BS in an Engineering discipline, preferably mechanical or electrical Five to ten years of experience in reliability engineering and asset management
Experience with building automation systems and predictive maintenance technologies Extensive knowledge of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire suppression systems Ability to utilize various Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS)
