Develop and maintain project schedules based on engineering plans, customer requirements, and P3 schedules.;
Establish and monitor POC and commissioning schedules, address material availability and capacity needs.;
Communicate proactively with stakeholders regarding late activities or any schedule changes, delays, or accelerations.;
Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, demonstrating a cooperative and proactive team spirit.;
Resolve project-related scheduling and resource challenges by leveraging Kanban and Lean Project Management principles.
