About the Role:
-
We are seeking a Registered Land Surveyor (RLS) within the semiconductor and land development engineering domain. This position is responsible for coordinating field crews, conducting boundary, topographic, and as-built surveys, and supporting construction staking and site layout activities.
The ideal candidate will have strong leadership experience, technical survey expertise, and the ability to collaborate across engineering and architectural teams.
Key Responsibilities:

- Coordinate and oversee boundary, topographic, and as-built surveys
- Assist with construction staking and site layout surveys
- Prepare legal descriptions, sketches, maps, and survey reports
- Verify survey data accuracy, measurements, and calculations
- Coordinate with engineering and architectural personnel
- Train and direct survey assistants and field staff
- Conduct research on land titles and property boundaries
- Participate in proposal development and client meetings
- Assist with project schedules, budgets, and cost control
- Support safety meetings and progress meetings
Minimum Qualifications:
-
- Active Registered Land Surveyor (RLS) license (Required)
- 4–7 years of survey or related experience
- Prior Party Chief experience required
- Strong knowledge of boundary, construction, and topographic surveys
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and/or Carlson
- Ability to read and interpret plans and blueprints
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
Physical Requirements:

- Ability to traverse uneven terrain and work outdoors in all weather conditions
