Field Service Engineer

Responsibilities

Kforce has a client that is seeking a Field Service Engineer in Chandler, AZ. You will be a key point of contact for our world-renowned semiconductor customers. You will be responsible for:

• Installing our equipment
• Training users (clients and agents)
• Maintaining and troubleshooting our equipment, both on-site and remotely
• Contributing to our R&D projects
• Supporting the success of our client's projects
• Being proactive in proposing improvements to enhance preventive measures on production machinery

• Associate's degree required;
  Bachler's preferred
• 3-5 years of experience preferably in the semiconductor industry
• A solid foundation of technical knowledge
• Skills in electronics or automation
• Open-mindedness, problem-solving abilities, and initiative
• The world of microelectronics and nanotechnologies sparks your curiosity and your desire for personal development
• Excellent communications skills and the ability to communicate effectively in English with clients both orally and in writing;
  Ability to speak French is a plus but not mandatory
• Willing to travel: 1 to 2 weeks per month mostly local but some international

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
