As a Guidance Navigation and Controls (Flight Vehicles) Engineer - Level 2 or Level 3 located in Chandler, AZ, you'll be a linchpin in missions of paramount importance, defining the art of the possible from day one.

* Support various launch vehicle, target vehicle, and business development programs

* Design, develop, and implement flight software algorithms to support guidance, navigation, and control functions for the target or launch vehicle

* Design, develop, and implement simulation software to test and verify mission requirements for the vehicle

* Navigation functions include the statistical processing of measured data points and their substitution into algorithms simulating physical reality

* Guidance functions include the formulation of specific equations to achieve a desired position, orientation or orbit in space

* Control design and analyses processes consist of the development of the control laws and hardware and software requirements for launch vehicles and/or spacecraft

* Utilize excellent communication skills to report program milestones, technical approaches, and findings to GNC as well as program management

3. Basic Qualifications for Level 2:
* Bachelor's degree with 2 years of professional experience - OR - Master's degree with 1 year of professional experience. Will consider an additional 4+ years of experience in lieu of degree.

* Must have the ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government DoD Secret security clearance

* Experience with vehicle trajectory design and customer provided requirements analysis in a flight software in simulation environment

* Experience with C++, MATLAB, and Simulink Basic Qualifications for Level 3:
* Bachelor's degree with 5 years of professional experience - OR - Master's degree with 3 years of professional experience - OR - PhD with 1 year of professional experience. Will consider an additional 4+ years of experience in lieu of degree.
