- Lead technical troubleshooting and problem-solving for advanced semiconductor equipment.
- Coach and mentor team members, fostering skill development and knowledge sharing.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement solutions that enhance performance.
- Communicate technical information clearly to customers and colleagues.
- Promote a safe and inclusive work environment at the Chandler site.
- Drive continuous improvement through feedback and process optimization.
- Support strategic initiatives to advance ASML’s mission in customer support.
- Develop competencies before a new product is launched (KD11) to bring it up to the desired level.
- Drive structural solution for AIR-’s.
- Act as the local liaison between the office, other sites and D&E program teams.
- This position will naturally grow into the end-to-end team with local install base growth.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Physics, or a related field (required).
- At least 8 years of engineering experience in the semiconductor industry (preferred). Minimum 3 years of experience with ASML equipment, preferably 2 years EUV (NXE
3800). - Experience working in customer support or service environments.
- Proven track record leading projects or teams in a technical capacity with strong stakeholder management.
- Communicate complex ideas in a simple, respectful way.

This position requires access to controlled technology as defined in the United States Export Administration Regulations (15 C.F.R. 730, et seq.). Qualified candidates must be legally authorized to access such controlled technology prior to beginning work.
