Banner Health Clinic in Chandler provides comprehensive heart care for our patients. Under the care of our physicians and experienced support team, each patient can build a long-term relationship and treatment based on their individual needs. Our clinic services include:
Nuclear Stress Testing, Echocardiography, Vascular Ultrasound, Holter and Event Monitoring, General Cardiology, and Electrophysiology. Our Cardio Clinic educates patients with heart disease, heart attack, vascular disease, women’s heart health, heart disease prevention, heart screening and diagnostic testing, heart treatment and care, and telehealth heart.

Bring your passion of working as a Practice Supervisor where you will be able to use your experiences in overseeing daily functions of front and back office staff, assist with patient complaints, provide coverage with call offs/PTO, handle daily operational needs, meet metrics and deadlines, work side by side with manager, time cards and schedules, Ordering supplies and working with vendors, disciplinary actions, interview process, ARC reviews/voice survey for MAs.

Practice Supervisor will help with a team that will include 23 FTEs, 7 Physicians, 2 APPs (Chandler) and Mesa will start with 6 FTEs and 2-3 Physicians.

POSITION SUMMARY

This position works to ensure the efficient and effective operation of the assigned department, including day-to-day administration of non-physician staff and operations. Uses specialized knowledge, judgment and skills necessary to provide excellent patient care.

CORE FUNCTIONS

Supervises the day to day activities of non physician staff, ensuring a high level of productivity. Continuously monitors the functioning of the medical group and recommends changes to operational procedures as necessary.

Selects, trains, coaches, motivates, conducts performance evaluations, and directs the workflow of staff. Schedules non physician staff ensuring that staff is appropriately deployed among offices.

Oversee all functions of the medical group including reception and scheduling activities, patient service areas, accounting, medical records, transcription, business information systems, and appropriate clinical areas.

Functions as a liaison between non physician staff and physicians to ensure effective service for patients. Establishes and maintains effective working relationships with group physicians. Serves as a role model and resource person for providing quality patient care and patient information as needed.
