To Be Successful In This Position You Will:

• Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
• Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.
• Be people oriented with excellent communication skills - written, verbal and listening
• Be a detail oriented problem solver
• Be a fast learner with the ability to use multiple computer systems to assist customers
• Be in our Chandler office (Cooper & Queen Creek) on time and be able to work in a team environment.
