Network Construction Project Manager (Small Cell/Node)
Location:
Phoenix/Chandler, AZ (Hybrid – 60% office, 40% field; possible NV/NM travel)
Schedule:
Mon–Fri, 7:30 AM–4:30 PM AZ Time
Duration: 12-month contract
Pay Rate: $42/hr W2
Manage end-to-end construction projects for small cell and node deployments. Coordinate vendors, schedules, budgets, and reporting to ensure on‑time and on‑budget delivery.
Key Requirements:- 3+ years in telecom/wireless construction
- Experience in Small Cell, Node, and Fiber design/construction
- Proficiency with OSP, construction drawings, power installation, and crew management
- Skills in MS Excel, Smart Sheets, project financials, and vendor coordination
- OSHA 10 certification preferred
- Valid driver's license required
- CM/PM experience in telecom
- Ability to work hybrid office/field schedule
- Willingness to travel occasionally to NV/NM
