This is a full-time on-site role in Chandler, AZ, for a Directional Corintachine Operator and Spotter. The responsibilities include operating directional drilling equipment, trenching, boring, or similar machinery, ensuring compliance with safety protocols, and maintaining effective communication with the team. Additionally, the role involves spotting for equipment operators, assisting in site assessments, and ensuring the work is completed efficiently and accurately.

• Proficient in operating and maintaining directional drilling equipment and similar machinery
• Experience in spotting, site surveying, and assessing project areas
• Knowledge of safety protocols and quality standards in construction operations
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work on-site under varying weather and environmental conditions
• Prior experience in construction or civil engineering is a plus
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings is beneficial
• High school diploma or equivalent; certifications related to machinery operation are preferred
