The Senior Director is a senior sales leader responsible for driving revenue growth, pipeline health, forecast accuracy, and account expansion while building a high-performance sales culture. This role serves as a critical connector between Sales, Recruiting, Operations, and Executive Leadership, ensuring strong cross-functional alignment and disciplined execution at both the regional and enterprise level.

The Senior Director acts as the “eyes and ears” of the organization, translating corporate strategy into site-level execution while surfacing risks, opportunities, and continuous improvement insights.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own pipeline hygiene, accuracy, and overall forecast quality across assigned teams and accounts.
  • Establish planning and execution around growth plan for IGC.
  • Partner cross-functionally to validate pipeline assumptions and address forecast risks.
  • Drive collaboration across Sales, Recruiting, and Shared Services.
  • Maintain daily touchpoints and weekly operating cadence.
  • Act as escalation point for complex client, talent, or operational challenges.
  • Lead MPS reviews, account planning, and opportunity prioritization.
  • Identify white space, expansion, and cross-sell opportunities in collaboration with Industry Leaders.
  • Coach teams toward consultative, long-term client and internal partnerships.
  • Build a strong, values-driven sales culture that supports Oxford core values.
  • Lead coaching workshops and sales meetings.
  • Develop future sales leaders and succession pipeline.

Site-Level External Presence

  • Represent the company in strategic client meetings.
  • Support site-level visibility within the tech and business community.

Operational Excellence & Continuous Improvement

  • Hold KPI standards for account management team and manage performance accordingly
  • Serve as eyes and ears for EVP leadership.
  • Provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.

Qualifications & Experience

  • 10+ years of progressive sales leadership experience.
  • Proven record of revenue growth and forecast accuracy.
  • Strong cross-functional leadership and executive presence.
