The Senior Director is a senior sales leader responsible for driving revenue growth, pipeline health, forecast accuracy, and account expansion while building a high-performance sales culture. This role serves as a critical connector between Sales, Recruiting, Operations, and Executive Leadership, ensuring strong cross-functional alignment and disciplined execution at both the regional and enterprise level.
The Senior Director acts as the “eyes and ears” of the organization, translating corporate strategy into site-level execution while surfacing risks, opportunities, and continuous improvement insights.
Key Responsibilities
- Own pipeline hygiene, accuracy, and overall forecast quality across assigned teams and accounts.
- Establish planning and execution around growth plan for IGC.
- Partner cross-functionally to validate pipeline assumptions and address forecast risks.
- Drive collaboration across Sales, Recruiting, and Shared Services.
- Maintain daily touchpoints and weekly operating cadence.
- Act as escalation point for complex client, talent, or operational challenges.
- Lead MPS reviews, account planning, and opportunity prioritization.
- Identify white space, expansion, and cross-sell opportunities in collaboration with Industry Leaders.
- Coach teams toward consultative, long-term client and internal partnerships.
- Build a strong, values-driven sales culture that supports Oxford core values.
- Lead coaching workshops and sales meetings.
- Develop future sales leaders and succession pipeline.
Site-Level External Presence
- Represent the company in strategic client meetings.
- Support site-level visibility within the tech and business community.
Operational Excellence & Continuous Improvement
- Hold KPI standards for account management team and manage performance accordingly
- Serve as eyes and ears for EVP leadership.
- Provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
Qualifications & Experience
- 10+ years of progressive sales leadership experience.
- Proven record of revenue growth and forecast accuracy.
- Strong cross-functional leadership and executive presence.
