• Salary: $70,000 - $90,000 annually (based on experience and qualifications) + commissions

• Manage and service a book of business, focusing on larger group accounts (average size: 100 lives)
• Provide exceptional client-facing service to ensure client satisfaction and retention
• Handle self-funded accounts and other employee benefits-related services
• Collaborate with sales teams to quote new and renewal business
• Utilize software tools such as Prism HR and Salesforce to manage accounts effectively

• 2-3 years of experience as an Employee Benefits Account Manager in an agency setting
• Active Life & Health (L&H) license
• Experience working with larger group accounts and self-funded plans
• Proficiency in using Prism HR and Salesforce software
• Strong client-facing and communication skills
• Ability to work onsite in Chandler, AZ
