Automotive Technician

• 3+ years of dealership or automotive technician experience required
• Land Rover, Jaguar, or luxury brand experience preferred but not required
• Strong diagnostic, mechanical, and electrical repair skills
• Proficient use of shop tools and diagnostic equipment
• ASE certifications a plus
• Positive, team-oriented attitude with a strong work ethic
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, flat-rate production environment
• Valid driver's license with a good driving record

• Diagnose and repair Land Rover vehicles, including engine, transmission, electrical, suspension, brake, and drivetrain systems
• Perform routine maintenance, inspections, and warranty repairs
• Accurately troubleshoot mechanical and electrical concerns
• Complete repairs correctly the first time while meeting factory and dealership standards
• Conduct road tests and quality checks as needed
• Communicate technical findings clearly with Service Advisors
• Maintain accurate repair documentation and work orders
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe
• Follow all OSHA, environmental, and safety regulations

Compensation for this position is based upon production/sales. The wage ranges are not guaranteed and are estimates based on expected production/sales. The minimum for this position is Arizona state minimum wage.
