- 3+ years of dealership or automotive technician experience required
- Land Rover, Jaguar, or luxury brand experience preferred but not required
- Strong diagnostic, mechanical, and electrical repair skills
- Proficient use of shop tools and diagnostic equipment
- ASE certifications a plus
- Positive, team-oriented attitude with a strong work ethic
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, flat-rate production environment
- Valid driver's license with a good driving record
- Diagnose and repair Land Rover vehicles, including engine, transmission, electrical, suspension, brake, and drivetrain systems
- Perform routine maintenance, inspections, and warranty repairs
- Accurately troubleshoot mechanical and electrical concerns
- Complete repairs correctly the first time while meeting factory and dealership standards
- Conduct road tests and quality checks as needed
- Communicate technical findings clearly with Service Advisors
- Maintain accurate repair documentation and work orders
- Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe
- Follow all OSHA, environmental, and safety regulations

Compensation for this position is based upon production/sales. The wage ranges are not guaranteed and are estimates based on expected production/sales. The minimum for this position is Arizona state minimum wage.
