As our service department continues to grow, we’re looking for a Quick Lube Technician who’s dependable, detail-oriented, and ready to develop their skills in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Job Type & Schedule- Job Type: Full-time
- Schedule: Monday–Saturday
- Work Location: In person
- Ability to Commute: Chandler, AZ (Required)
- Hourly Rate: $17 - $19 per hour depending on experience and qualifications
The Quick Lube Technician plays a vital role in maintaining our customers’ vehicles and ensuring their safety on the road. This position is perfect for someone who’s passionate about cars and looking to build a long-term career in the automotive industry. You’ll perform routine maintenance services and light repairs while working alongside experienced technicians and service advisors.
Responsibilities- Perform basic maintenance services including oil changes, tire rotations, and fluid checks
- Inspect belts, hoses, filters, and tire pressure to identify potential issues
- Replace and balance tires as needed
- Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in the service area
- Communicate clearly with service advisors about any additional maintenance needs
- Follow dealership and manufacturer service guidelines
- Support the service team by assisting with shop duties as needed
- Previous experience in automotive service or maintenance required
- Strong attention to detail and pride in quality workmanship
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
- Reliable and punctual with strong work ethic
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
