Summary of

Key Responsibilities:

Horsepower Automotive Group is looking for a high‑energy R&D Automotive Install Technician to help us bridge the gap between groundbreaking design and real‑world dominance.

In this role, you are not just turning wrenches; you are a vital part of the innovation engine. You will work hands‑on with the industry’s newest trucks and SUVs, playing a role in the end‑to‑end development of products that define the market. Responsibilities and essential job functions include, but are not limited to the following:

• Ability to work independently
• Proven automotive and shop experience (essential for hitting the ground running).
• A meticulous eye for detail and precision fitment.
• A team‑first mentality and the drive to see a project from prototype to production.

Required Knowledge and Skills

• Mechanical skills
• Previous install experience
• Strong work ethic
• Strong attention to detail
• Willingness to learn
• Ability to collaborate with different departments
• Valid driver’s license
• Ability to travel to events if needed
• High School diploma or equivalent required
• Ability to lift objects up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to pass a background check and Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) check

Schedule:

8 hour shift - Day shift

Job Type: Full‑time (Mon‑Fri 8:00a to 4:30p)

Pay Range: $22.00 - $23.00 / hr

Work Location:
In person at our facility in Chandler, AZ
