Pay Range: $22 - $26/hour depending on experience

We're looking for a strong Plumbing / Electrical Administrator who thrives in organization, communication, and operational coordination. This role is the bridge between the field and the office, ensuring approved work is properly scheduled, documented, staged, and ready for invoicing.
This is not just answering phones. This is preventing return trips, reducing billing errors, and protecting profitability through disciplined coordination.

You will coordinate approved plumbing and electrical work to ensure accurate scheduling, purchasing, documentation, and communication.
Responsibilities Include- Confirming all scheduled jobs have special requirements addressed (lifts, subcontractors, tools, rentals, etc.)
- Assisting with scheduling and dispatch coordination
- Reviewing completed jobs for accurate notes and documentation
- Maintaining accurate job tags and system updates
- Issuing POs to technicians and assisting with parts purchasing
- Contacting "Parts Pending" customers within 24 hours of part receipt
- Assisting in preparing residential and commercial quotes
- Preparing invoices according to customer billing requirements
- Communicating key items to the Plumbing / Electrical Manager
- Supporting dispatch when needed
- Working cross-functionally with service writing and billing teams
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years in customer service, dispatching, service coordination, or project support
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- High attention to detail
- Strong organizational and multi-tasking abilities
- Comfortable working in dispatch or service software systems
- Ability to manage multiple active jobs simultaneously
- Knowledge of plumbing or electrical service operations
- Experience with Service Titan or similar platforms
- Familiarity with job costing and service documentation
- Geographic familiarity with the service area
